Leadership and Inclusion Consultant
Carol Fulp is STAT’s leadership and inclusion consultant, and has been working with the company since early 2020. She is the author of "Success Through Diversity: Why The Most Inclusive Companies Will Win." She teaches the Inclusive Leadership Forum Series at Boston College’s Graduate School of Business and is the vice chair of the board of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Carol was previously the CEO of The Partnership, the national organization that advances multicultural professionals; the SVP of corporate responsibility and branding for John Hancock; director of community programming and human resources for Boston’s WCVB-TV; as well as the employee relations manager for the Gillette Company.
